一、执行董事 Operation Director

1. 5年以上西餐厅同类职位工作经验, 海外工作经历为佳。
Min 5 years experience in similar capacity with Western restaurant. Overseas experience preferred

2. 优秀的沟通和组织能力,中、英文熟练。
Strong communication and organization skills. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.

3. 全面管理餐饮、活动和厨房员工确保为顾客提供最高质量的产品和服务。
Overall management of restaurant, events, and kitchen staff to ensure all the highest quality of product and service is delivered to the customer.

4. 遵从公司整体的运营理念,力求达到餐厅制定的经营目标。
Striving to achieve financial goals set for the restaurant and following the overall operation philosophy.

5. 与餐厅、厨房员工及其他部门员工间建立良好的关系。
Build a good and close professional relationship with staff, throughout the F&B department, Kitchen and other departments.

6. 了解市场需求和趋势并与餐饮部经理和行政主厨进行有效沟通。
Identify market needs and trends and to liaise with Dining Room Manager and Executive Chef.

7. 为未来发展在服务、活动和市场推广提高方面做计划。
Plan for future development of service, events and marketing improvements.

8. 向本地和国际客户进行餐厅和活动推广。
Market and promote the restaurant to local and international clientele.

9. 确保高水平的客人满意度和回头客,进行有效的服务补救措施。
Ensuring a high level of guests satisfaction and repeated business. This would include an effective service recovery process with guests

10. 管理部门经理和主管,传递效率。从内部提拔未来管理人才。
Manage other manager and supervisors, as well as delegate effectively to other.Develop future leaders from within.

 

二、餐厅主管 Restaurant Supervisor

1. 在确保客户最高满意度的情况下,保证餐厅的流畅运行;
Ensures the smooth running of the dining room for maximum customer satisfaction;

2.确保服务员被恰当培训,能够正确的操作和注意所有的电器设备 ;
Ensure servers are trained to handle and care for all appliances correctly;

3.能够用英语交流,良好的自我组织能力,向餐厅经理汇报
Ability to communicate in English , Well-organized Reports to the Restaurant Manager.

 

三、Cashier / 收银员

1.为人诚实、正直
honest,integrity

2.有基本英语会话能力
can speak English

3.需有专业的收银、财务知识
must have professional knowledge about cash & accounting

4.有电脑基本操作知识(word,excel)
be good at PC skills(word and excel)

四、传菜员 Runner

1. 发扬团队精神,与其他成员相处融洽
Maintain a good relationship with co-works

2. 了解西餐的用餐步骤
Know the eating order of western food

3. 与客人之间的英语对话,并知道英语菜名
Ability to communicate in English with customers

五、调酒师 Bartender

1、1-2年西餐厅/酒店经验
1&2 year working experience .

2、有独立工作能力并能规范服务,了解鸡尾酒等各种酒类的制作。
Be familiar with the alcohol and can prepare cocktail.

3、与其他员工紧密合作高效流畅地完成服务
Hard working, young friendly personality.

4、良好的英语表达能力
Ability to communicate in English

六、 西餐副厨师长 Sous Chef

1. At least has 8+ years hospitality and 2 years sous chef experiences, Preferred Western restaurant.
2年以上副厨师长职位,最好是西餐厅

2. Good spoken and written English/Chinese.
有良好的中英文说写能力

3. Strongly leading skills and communication skills.
有良好的技能及沟通能力

4. Be passionate and creative with western cuisines.
能创新菜肴

5. Do not apply for without relevant experiences.
有独立管理的经验

6. Good at calculating food costs and organizing schedules.
能很好计算成本及组织安排班次

七、厨师主管 Chef De Partie

1. 二年以上西餐厅经验,有酒店经验更佳
At least 2 years experience in a west restaurant, hotel experience preferred

2. 有独立工作能力并能规范服务
Could work independently and can regulate the service

3. 与其他员工紧密合作高效流畅地完成服务
Can co-operate with other staffs efficiently

4. 有基础的英文知识
Basic English is a must

5. 待人友善
Professional friendly personality



八、 饼房(面包师) Pastry

1. 2年以上西餐厅/酒店经验
At least 2 years experience in a west restaurant, hotel experience preferred

2. 有独立工作能力并能规范服务,了解西餐菜肴的制作。
Could work independently and can regulate the service

3. 与其他员工紧密合作高效流畅地完成服务
Can co-operate with other staffs efficiently

4. 良好的英语表达能力
Ability to communicate in English


八、电工 Electrician

1. 保证供电,供水,空调,消防等设备维护,确保其在营业时间正常工作。

2. 安排与协调K5活动,协助活动布展单位搭建工作,确保活动期间照明,空调,音响等设备正常运转。

3. K5各项工程的监督与验收。

4. 确保餐厅所有设备的安全,电器设备的定期检查,保证其安全使用。

5. 必要的电工作业。

6. 检查消防,排气装置,保证工作状况正常。

 

九、活动协调员 Event Coordinator

1. 在24小时内回复客人的要求
To respond to guest inquiries within 24 Hours

2. 根据餐厅的形象保持良好的仪表
To presence a clean and proper appearance at all time in line with the restaurant image

3. 尊重客户需求,努力提供客户要求的各种服务。 To respect the Client demand and try to provide the services required

4. 根据流程对所有客户问询保留记录,更新日历,保留软硬拷贝。
To keep a record of all inquiries following the procedure , calendar , hard and soft copy

5. 完整记录与客人的交流内容
To record all communication with the customer

6. 保证及时跟进问询
Insure prompt follow up with inquiries

7. 组织和跟进活动package
Organize and follow up the function package

8. 与餐厅厨房保持良好的沟通
Maintain good communication with the front of house

9. 与各部门保持适当的沟通
Insure proper communication with the departments

10. 留心客户选择其他场地的原因
To be aware of the reason the client choice for an other venue

11. 每个活动的第一次回复前向经理汇报
To report the first function response before sending it back to the client to the manager

12. 六日之内跟进客人的活动问询
Insure follow up with the customer on function inquiries within 6 days

13. 汇报客人询价的进展
To report on the progression of the inquiries

14. 在活动当天监督活动的进程
To oversee the running of the function on the day

15. 与财务合作,保证合同和预付款准确到位
Insure the procedures with the account department , contract , deposit

 

十、西餐厅传菜员 / Runner

1. 与其他成员相处融洽
Maintain a good relationship with co-works

2. 了解西餐的用餐步骤
Know the eating order of western food


十一、西餐厨师(热房、冷房) / Cookers(hot、cold)

1. 2年以上西餐厅或酒店经验
At least 2 years experience in a west restaurant, hotel experience preferred

2. 工作态度认真、有上进心
Good work attitude and willing to learn

 

十三、 采购

1. 负责采购西式食物、餐厅用具,器皿,刀叉和其他用具。
Be responsible for purchasing western food components, utensils, glassware, cutlery and other items as needed

2. 寻找新的供货商
Research new suppliers for needed components and materials.

3. 有能力指导和与供货商洽谈
Must be capable of conducting and finalizing detailed terms and condition negotiations.


Job Requirements:

1. 大学以上学历
college degree or above.

2. 2-3年西式餐厅/酒店采购经验
3 years sourcing experience in western food restaurant.

3. 高效的沟通能力
Strong negotiating skills.

4. 勤奋上进,细心自律
Hard working, detail oriented and self motivated.

5.良好的英语交流水平
Fluent in writing and speaking English & Mandarin.
