一、 高级服务员 （Senior）Waiter/Waitress

要求 Requirements
1．具有2年以上相关工作经验/ Above 2 years relevant experience
2．对西式菜肴及酒类有基本的了解/ basic knowledge of the western food and wine
3．良好的英语口语表达能力/ Good spoken English is a must
4．待人友善/ Professional friendly personality
5. 有相关西餐厅或酒店经验更佳/ experience in a western restaurant or hotel is preferred

二、传菜员/Runner

要求/ Requirements:
1、与其他成员相处融洽/ Maintain a good relationship with co-works
2、了解西餐的用餐步骤/ Know the eating order of western food
3、与客人之间的英语对话,并认清英语菜名/ Knowing about simple English sentences to guests, Recognize names of dishes in English

三、 厨师(热房、冷房、饼房)

Kitchen cookers(hot、cold、pastry)
要求/ Requirements
1、2年以上西餐厅酒店经验/ Above 2 years relevant experience
2、了解西餐菜肴的制作流程/ Be familiar with making western dishes
3、与其他员工紧密合作高效流畅地完成服务/To cooperate with other kitchen staff.

四、 调酒师 Bartender

要求：Requirements:
1、2年以上西餐厅酒店经验/ Above 2 years relevant experience
2、了解鸡尾酒等各种酒类的制作/Knowing about cocktail、wine etc
3、良好的英语表达能力/ Good spoken English is a must
