Q:	What are the Capacities of K5’s rooms?

Q:	Does K5 have Internet?
A	K5 provides free broadband wireless internet access.

Q:	What kind of Lighting can K5 offer?
A	The K5 function room is designed for a western style dinner atmosphere.

Q:	Does K5 have Parking Space?
A	K5 provides free parking spaces after 5pm everyday.

Q:	What Equipments can you offer in the rooms?
A	K5 has 3 microphones, control panel, JBL speakers, 2 flip charts, Projector and screen, 3 pieces Stage (2.4M x 1.2M)

Q:	Does K5 provide Signage?
A	K5 will provide three A4 size signage on the 1st 4th and 5th floor to guide people up with the logos given by the customers.

Q:	Does K5 charge Room Rental?
A	K5 normally gives a customized proposal to each event that’s coming to us. There’s not necessarily a rental charge for each event.

Q:	Can I bring my Own Beverage and/or Food?
A	K5 charges corkage at RMB 150 per bottle for small quantities. No BYO food due to hygiene issues.

Q:	Can I change the Floral Arrangement?
A	K5 provides standard flower for reception table, cocktail tables and dinning table. Upgraded flowers are available upon request.

Q:	Should I request a Beverage Package or On Consumption?
A	K5 suggests beverage package to group with foreign guests, group with local people could choose wine on consumption.

Q:	If I come to K5 to do a Whole-day Workshop, what can K5 offer?
A	For workshop K5 provides projector, screen, wireless microphones x 3, flip chart x 2, bottle water on the table (one for morning, one for afternoon) and note paper.

Q:	Our group is in a hurry, how Fast can I have my lunch/dinner?
A	K5 can coordinate with kitchen to speed up the meal. Detail time line is different according to different dishes. Please contact for more details on this.

Q:	Can I have a Waiter At the Door greeting guests?
A	Yes

Q:	Can I put the Reception Table on the fourth floor?
A	For an exclusive event, K5 can put the reception table on the 4th floor. For a non-exclusive event the option is negotiable.

Q:	Can I have Chinese Food at my wedding?
A	Yes. K5 provides authentic Chinese dishes. Please inform K5 in advance for Chinese food.

Q:	How does K5 calculate the Number of Attendees for a given event?
A	K5 can provide a supervisor on site to count the number of the attendees. And K5 will confirm with the organizer and come up with a final number.

Q:	How can I Pay?
A	5 accepts cash, bank transfer, domestic checks, domestic and foreign credit card

Q:	What Projection Equipments can K5 offer?
A	K5 can offer a projector (2,500 lumens), 100 inch portable screen, and a 180 inch screen fixed on the wall

Q:	What colors of Table Cloth can K5 offer?
A	For long tables K5 only has white table cloth. For round table K5 has white and black ones

Q:	We would like to hold a day-long event, but not everyone will come at the same time. How does K5 Charge when our guests are coming and going all day long?
A	K5 charges are based on the number of people and how long we expect your guests to be on site. For day-long events, K5 can make other arrangements that will take this into account.

Q:	Our models and performers need a place to change and store their props during the event. Does K5 have Spaces available?
A	Yes, K5 is very large and very flexible in terms of partitioning of sections to provide privacy. Depending on the size of the dressing room you need, a small charge may apply.

Q:	Our conference needs a place for a group to sit and watch a presentation, then get up and be able to see some displays in addition to having lunch. Does K5 have a Section where all this can be set up at the same time?
A	Yes, K5 is divided up into many large and medium sized sections. They can all be set up differently, each room for a different use
